Who We Are

Company Profile

RG Fibers Private Limited is a GRS-certified manufacturer of premium recycled cotton yarn, headquartered in Panipat — India's undisputed textile recycling capital. Founded in 2019 by Mr. Rajiv Garg, the company was built on a clear and purposeful conviction: that the future of textiles lies in responsible manufacturing — where waste is not discarded but transformed.

In just six years, RG Fibers has grown from a focused startup into one of North India's largest recycled yarn producers, operating a 1,00,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The factory houses 13 high-capacity Open-End spinning machines and employs over 200 skilled professionals across production, quality control, logistics, and management.

Under the leadership of Managing Director Akash Garg, the company has aggressively scaled operations, expanded its product portfolio, and cemented its position as a preferred supplier to textile mills, garment manufacturers, and sustainable fashion brands across India and Nepal.

Our Core Mission

"To convert post-industrial cotton waste into premium, certified recycled yarn — delivering quality, consistency, and sustainability in every kilogram we produce."

What Drives Us

Our Core Values

♻️

Circular by Conviction

We don't recycle because it's trending — we recycle because it's the only responsible way to manufacture. Every machine, every process, every decision is built around circular principles.

🏆

Uncompromising Quality

Recycled does not mean reduced quality. Our GRS certification, multi-stage QA process, and consistent count delivery prove that sustainability and premium performance are not in conflict.

🤝

Partnership Over Transaction

We build long-term supply relationships — not one-time orders. Our clients trust us because we respond fast, deliver on time, and grow with their needs. Reliability is our reputation.

Founder's Vision

Mr. Rajiv Garg

CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER, RG FIBERS PVT. LTD.

"Panipat has always been the backbone of India's recycled textile industry. I founded RG Fibers to bring global certification standards and modern manufacturing discipline to what we've always done best — giving cotton a second life."

Mr. Rajiv Garg is a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience in the textile industry. His deep understanding of the cotton supply chain, manufacturing operations, and the Indian recycling ecosystem laid the foundation for what RG Fibers has become today.

His founding vision was straightforward but ambitious: build a recycled yarn company that didn't compromise on quality, earned international certifications, and operated at a scale large enough to meaningfully impact the sustainability landscape of Indian textiles.

Under his stewardship, RG Fibers achieved GRS v4.0 certification, established Nepal export operations, and scaled production to 1,000 metric tons per month — all within six years. Mr. Garg continues to set the strategic direction and oversees the company's long-term growth plans, including the expansion to 1,500T/month capacity by 2026.
